| Purpose | The main goal of the Computer Science Club would be to connect and advocate on behalf of Computer Science Students at Lakehead University. The club would be a means of connecting department staff and computer science students. It would also allow computer science students to connect with other students in their year. We plan on hosting academically related events such us programming workshops and study sessions. In addition, we would attempt to strengthen resumes of computer science students by hosting hackathons, programming events, programming projects, and mock interviews for internships/Co-op for students to engage in. |
